Take exit # 115 – Route 321, Cayce/Swansea.

Take a left at the exit ramp light (if coming from Columbia).

Take a right at the exit ramp light (if coming from Charleston).

You are now on the Charleston Highway (Route 321).

Go approximately 4-5 miles.

Trinity Baptist Church is on the right hand side of the road (2003 Charleston Highway).
Directions from downtown Columbia:
- At the Coliseum, Follow Blossom Street out over the Blossom Street Bridge, towards Cayce.
- After crossing the Blossom Street Bridge, Blossom Street becomes Knox Abbott Drive.
- At Love Chevrolet, Knox Abbot Drive becomes Charleston Highway.
- Follow Charleston Highway (Hwy 321).
- You know you are close when you pass between Maurice’s Piggy Park on the left and Eckerd’s on the right.
- Trinity will be less than a 1/2 mile down on the left after you pass through this intersection.
