Welcome to the Student Ministry of TBC Cayce

A message from our Student Pastor, Bryant Laird:

Hello, I'm Pastor Bryant! Here at TBC Cayce, we believe students aren't the future of the church... they are the church!

Our students are actively involved in the life of TBC Cayce. For instance, you might see some of our students:

  • leading worship on Sundays and Wednesday nights
  • serving in the children's ministry or Vacation Bible School
  • greeting or collecting the offering on Sunday mornings

Our students don't sit and soak; they serve and lead. Here's what our regular schedule looks like:

Weekly Schedule

Sunday
Sunday School
@ 9:30 a.m. and 11 a.m.
in the Youth Room at Solomon’s Porch

Wednesday

The KNOWN Strategy is a holistic approach to spiritual development as seen through the life of Christ (Luke 2:52).  It's also demonstrated in our weekly schedule:

Midweek (KNOW)

MidWeek is our student led worship experience for grades 6-12th on Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30 pm in the MidWeek Room at Solomon's Porch.  Our students help shape our ice breakers, big event announcements, worship experience and Bible study themes.

MidWeek is the perfect place for students to hear, KNOW, and experience the transforming gospel of Christ. It's a safe place where it's okay to be struggling spiritually because all of us have the same need:  Jesus!

Sunday School (OWN)

Sunday School is our Sunday morning Bible study time for students grades 6-12th. Studies start at 9:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. in the Youth Room at Solomon's Porch.

Sunday School is coed, divided by grade and led by sets of team teachers. It's the perfect place for students to begin to OWN their faith. We use The Gospel Project (gospelproject.com/students) curriculum for students on Sunday mornings which is a Christ centered and chronological study that illustrates the big picture of redemptive history from Genesis to Revelation.

Grow Groups (KNOWN)

GROW Groups are our gender and age separated small groups that are designed to help students make their faith KNOWN to their family and friends. Classes happen during the Fall and Spring semesters.
